Great quality twin bed! Previously had purchased a twin for our oldest child from Plymouth Furniture, wish now that we had gone through Meiselwitz instead. Great service and follow-up from staff.
Spent in the neighborhood of 8,000 to refurnish our home after a fire. Got the run around when it came time to deliver as well as flat out lied to. On top of it all, every last piece of "high quality" furniture was damaged. Deep goudges and scratches in the bed, damaged finish on the dressers and a tear in the $1800 sofa. Awesome customer service when your about to write a check. Nonexistent customer service when it comes to "fixing" the issues, which still are not fixed. While I try to buy local, this is why people buy other places at half the price. Save yourself the headaches and the heartaches and buy with a company that still cares about the customer and value.

Website says they are open until 7 pm. Drove al the way out there (35 miles) and 4:45 they were closed!
