Very happy with the service department here! Even though there was a little bit of a delay that caused us to borrow the rental car over the weekend, they had the repairs done when they said they would. The only reason why I am giving this a 4-star is because the woman who "helped" me finalize the paper work was very rude and acted like I was the biggest interruption for the whole 3 minutes I was standing at the counter. She made me feel incredibly stupid when I asked where the car was parked as I didn't see it when I pulled into the lot. Besides her, everyone else was extremely happy and courteous.
I have purchased several vehicles from them and have always been treated well!
